The treatment created a fresh wearing course over the existing surface, helping reduce further weather-related deterioration and limiting the moisture intrusion that can eventually contribute to cracks and potholes. Thorough preparation was especially important along the driveway’s length, curves, and transitions near the residence and garage. The NEAS crew carefully prepared the existing surface before applying and compacting the new stone. The completed driveway looks cleaner and more cohesive while preserving the understated feel of the wooded property.

New England Asphalt installed our chip seal driveway, and did a beautiful job. An impressive line-up of specialized equipment and about 6 team members appeared on the promised date/time and completed the job professionally and efficiently. Daryl coordinated his schedule with the company that installed the cobblestone apron and borders. Therefore the chip seal was done 2 days after the stone work. When we asked them about a few dark spots on the apron that we noticed a few days later, Daryl sent his team back right away to remove the spots. We use double chip seal in Sharon and it has extended the life of our roads far longer than anything else we could employ to protect them. Carolyn Tormey126 days agoA neighbor recommended New England Asphalt and we were not disappointed! They did a wonderful job replacing our old asphalt driveway with a new oil and stone driveway. The whole team was courteous and efficient. I thought the price was fair as well. In addition, our new driveway was damaged by a snow plow over the winter and NEA came back in the spring and repaired the damage so that it looked like new again, and for a reasonable cost. Each step was performed meticulously, efficiently, and expertly by the well-manned crew. The result exceeded my expectations. No more weeding a gravel driveway in the summer, shoveling it by hand in the winter, or hauling loose gravel back into place after the snow melts. Lewis Rosenblum369 days agoThis is an excellent and reliable company for driveway and road paving as well as roadway repair. Several years ago they paved a private road for us using their oil and stone process. The results were exceptional in terms of the attractiveness as well as the durability of the process. Previously we had a gravel road that needed maintenance every few years. Using this process, we have been able to maintain the character of a gravel road with the durability of asphalt. The roadway has held up beautifully after approximately 10 years with just a few potholes developing due to some construction in the area. They recently repaired these potholes for us at an extremely reasonable price. The roadway looks almost as good as new. One of the best contractors I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their oil and stone process if you are looking for a driveway that adds to the beauty of your home.+1Posted on Google

Because the two buildings comprising our campus are a 1840 house and 1880 Carriage House, we needed something unique.
